Big up your bungalow

Approval secured for adding an extra floor to an existing bungalow in the village of Gawsworth. In addition to the extra floor, remodelling and rear extensions included taking advantage of the prior approval application of a proposed larger home extension which is available for a limited time and must be completed before the 30th May 2016.

Adding an extra floor can create a fast conversion, modernising the structure up to current building regulations lowering your heating bills and allowing large open spaces to be created. Extending upwards also has the advantage of not loosing any garden, no disturbance to your landscaped garden or driveway.

Pictured below is existing and approved.
