A series of planning applications, interlinked to take advantage of planning gain allowed a fairly ordinary home to be modernised and fully reimagined – Completed early 2023 by MUD developments – what a great job and attention to detail. Also recent planning consent obtained for replacement dwelling for this client on the same road, now under construction.
