The 1940s house needed an update, we live differently now, these alterations brings the house up to date with a large, open plan, family orientated space with outlook and access to the rear garden.
The build also included a detached double garage with a first floor bedroom within the roof void, another guest bedroom with en suite.
These types of extension and alterations are very common, what we want from our homes is often different from when they were built – the brief has changed.
