New Instruction received for a single storey wrap around rear and side extension.
The client has a builder who can start in September so we’ve just about got enough time to get the necessary consents before work starts. The survey was carried out on the 25th of June and draft plans were dispatched to the client within days – hope to get the planning application dispatched later this week.
Availability of builders is always an issue to consider, builders are often booked up for months.
