Planning potential for redundant agricultural buildings

New instruction to investigate planning potential for this grouping of redundant farm buildings. With the revised permitted development rights for agricultural buildings there is further scope for some to convert old farm buildings under new permitted development rights. However, the new rights do have limitations and we will be advising our client of the options available.
