Further to our previous blog, two new dwellings within the conservation area of Macclesfiled completed and sold               

Approval received for a pair of semi-detached dwellings located on a former industrial site within a conservation area. Detail design underway.

Following approval of three detached 4 bedroom dwellings in the garden of an existing dwelling,  conditions discharged and building regulations approved.  Work is well underway, all dwellings out of the ground and on course to be weather-tight by autumn.
